Chester & Hugo
By Sherri in Ponchatoula, LAChester & Hugo were both shelter dogs. Chester was about 6-8 weeks old when we adopted him and Hugo was around 2 yrs old. This is a favorite of them sleeping in our camper on a cool evening. :) We lost Hugo recently, but what a gift he was! These are the best dogs we’ve ever known. ❤️

Posee and Maddee
By Desiree Cummings in Stockton, CAPosee was s my running partner 7 years old. Maddee she is only 4 rescued her 2 years ago. Bad hips used as a breeder then discarded. I have special couch and dog beds throughout my house so ste can lay down comfortably. I pick her up 75 lbs to put in bed with or in the car. Sweetest girl.

Lillie
By Donna in Stockton, MOLillie was found in a barn emaciated and barely living. She is deaf so she was lucky to not have gotten killed on the roads. I saw her at the pound I was feeding the dogs at. I left that night with a broken heart and went back and promised her she would never want for any thing again!! Home at last!

Dudley
By Rebecca Taylor in Sandy Run, SCI knew the second I met this little ugly, scrawny, mangey, stinky mutt that my heart was his. He had me at the first lick. He grew into a beautiful, kind, and gentle dog that loved every human and animal he met. Sadly, I lost him in Sept. to liver disease at 3.5 years old. I miss you my sweet boy.
